Asinan Buah

Siapa sih yg gak suka asinan buah? Apalagi cewe.. pasti doyan deh! asem, pedes, manis.. Seger banget… apalg kalo lg summer, dimakan dingin2.. nikmatnyaaah… Narto yg cowo aja doyan loh😉

Bahan:
separoh nanas, potong tipis
1 ubi (yam) ukuran sedang, potong tipis
bengkuang, potong agak tebel
3 timun mini, potong bulet2
1 mangga muda, potong tipis
jambu air (optional)

Bumbu:

250 ml air panas
3 sdm cuka masak
6 sdm gula pasir
sdt garam
cabe merah secukupnya, tumbuk kasar *bole diganti pake sambal oelek*
stenga sdt gula merah (optional)
kacang sangrai, tumbuk kasar – buat taburan

Cara Membuat:

1. campur semua bahan kecuali kacang. trus cicip. *asem/manis/pedes/asin nya sesuai selera*
2. stlh rasanya pas, siram ke buah2an, aduk rata. Diamkan di lemari es minimal 12 jam.
3. trs siap dimakan deh.. jgn lupa kasih taburan kacang yg byk. Yummy!

PS:
cuka masak di tiap negara beda kadar asemnya. yg di indo sih sedikit aja udah asem bgt ga kaya yg made in Canada. so be careful pas taro cukanya, bole coba sedikit2 dulu.
