Ayam Suwir

Bahan:
2 chicken breast fillet
1 cm lengkuas, optional
2 lbr daun jeruk, optional
1 sdt gula pasir
1/4 tomat, potong tipis
garam, secukupnya

Haluskan:
5 bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
cabe merah, secukupnya
sedikit jahe

Directions:
1. Rebus ayam sampe matang. Angkat. Goreng. Trus baru disuwir kasar.
2. Tumis bumbu halus sampe wangi.
3. Masukkan tomat, lengkuas, daun jeruk. Tumis sampe agak kering. Beri gula, garam. Cicip.
4. Terakhir, masukin ayam suwir. Aduk sampe rata. Angkat.
5. Paling enak dimakan sama nasi ngepul. Yum..yum..

Notes:
* Takaran tomat & cabe merah, sesuai selera aja. Kalo mau pedes, byk cabe merah sedikit tomat.. Tapi kalo takut pedes, sedikit cabe merah, banyak tomat. Gitu ajah…kalo males haluskan bumbu, semua bumbu dicincang halus juga bole, cabe merah dipotong tipis & miring ajah.. tp penampakannya bakal beda sm yg difoto.

* Gue sendiri sih, pake sambal oelek yg botolan (kaya foto di bawah), krn disini susah nyari cabe merah.
